A few things

Therapy is a goal directed process in which effort is made to bring about positive change for the client. Some areas of focus could be relationships, career, emotional challenges, and personal goals to name a few. There are times when things may seem to get worse before improving. Unfortunately, there is not a quick fix, but with effort, honesty, encouragement, and supportive monitoring healing, improvement and growth are possible and rewarding.

Communicating through email can be a service used to help, support, and give feedback and suggestions in a convenient way. It may not, however, replace all face-to-face contacts.

Responding to your email may take seconds, minutes, hours or days and depend on other tasks, duties, and responsibilities of mine. I will do my best to manage competing demands.
